What is an orthotic?

An orthotic is a device that is designed to provide support for a joint, or for a part of the body that is experiencing pain, stiffness, or weakness.

Specifically foot orthotics are custom designed supports placed into your shoes to ensure you’re feet are optimized for your daily tasks. There are different types of orthotics, and they are designed for different purposes.

For example, an orthotic might be designed to give support to a person who has a weak ankle, or to provide support to a person who has an arthritic knee.

If you are suffering from plantar fasciitis, heel pain, knee pain, and/or other feet conditions, it may be time to invest in orthotics.

We offer Footmaxx Orthotics that are designed to provide relief and comfort to your feet, knees, back, and hips. You can find these orthotics in the form of insoles, foot pads, and shoe inserts.
